We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. The information below outlines our shipping procedures and expectations.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the package.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Typical domestic delivery times range from 3–7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

City Hall Publishing is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

While we will gladly assist customers in locating packages whenever possible, City Hall Publishing is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages that occur after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information and make appropriate arrangements for package delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cityhallpublishing.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the damage

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, City Hall Publishing primarily ships within the United States.

Additional shipping destinations may become available in the future.
