Return & Refund Policy

At City Hall Publishing, we are committed to providing quality apparel, books, and publishing services. If there is an issue with your order, we will work diligently to make it right.

Apparel Returns & Exchanges

Our apparel is produced in limited quantities and carefully inspected before shipment.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cityhallpublishing.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item

If approved, we will provide a replacement item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Size Exchanges

We understand that sizing can vary between garments.

Unworn, unwashed apparel may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of delivery, subject to inventory availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with size exchanges unless the error was made by City Hall Publishing.

Apparel Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size selections made by the customer
• Buyer's remorse
• Preference changes after purchase
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

We encourage customers to review sizing information carefully before placing an order.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Clearance items
• Discounted merchandise
• Limited-edition releases marked as final sale

Books

Physical Books

Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective.

Upon approval, customers may receive a replacement copy or a refund.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks, downloadable files, PDFs, and digital resources are final.

No refunds will be issued once digital content has been delivered.

Publishing & Professional Services

City Hall Publishing provides editorial, consulting, manuscript review, and publishing support services.

Because these services involve time, expertise, and creative work, service fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Editorial & Publishing Projects

Project deposits are non-refundable and reserve a place in our production schedule.

If a project is canceled after work has begun, City Hall Publishing reserves the right to retain payment for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
