Our Story

City Hall Publishing was founded in 2025 in Fort Worth, Texas, with a purpose to uplift those who may not have a voice, so that through their stories, experiences, and creativity, they may inspire others to find their own. We believe that every meaningful story deserves the opportunity to be heard, and that publishing can be a powerful way to give purpose to that voice.

Our Mission

Our mission is to cultivate a creative and authentic publishing brand that represents the Kingdom of God. Through the works we publish and the relationships we build, City Hall Publishing is committed to creating with purpose, operating with integrity, and producing work that leaves a meaningful and lasting impact.

Founder

Derrian Meminger, Founder and Publisher of City Hall Publishing, is originally from Sparta, Georgia. He is a servant of God, husband, father, writer, and innovative entrepreneur whose faith and creativity are at the foundation of his work.

He is the author of UNSCRIPTED: An Epistle to His Church, the first book published by City Hall Publishing. Through his writing and leadership, Derrian established City Hall Publishing with a vision to create a platform where purpose, authenticity, and meaningful expression can be brought to life through publishing.
